Well, I don't do dairy or meat because of my mercy for the poor animals, but I want to enjoy this without using dairy. (Plus, dairy-free and meat-free diets are better for your health, and you can have a longer life this way)

Dying at the age of 70 is the average for people who eat meat. Vegetarians and Vegans will last for about 10-20 more years on average. I just want to stay healthy since my family is in the highs for heart disease and cancer. Eating healthy is a must!

The point for me personally is do I want to live for another miserable ten years OR do I want to enjoy my life by having a wonderful steak dinner from time to time? I think you know my answer already. keep in mind, there are plenty of folks who never smoke a day in their lives and die of lung cancer. Longevity requires more than just eating a balanced meal.

I'm fairly sure it can! The milk/icecream is just sort of the binder to make it creamy and liquid-y, but I've made milkshakes with soymilk before. (Also if you can't have icecream maybe sorbet would be good substitute.) The only thing is the texture might be a little more smoothie-like, but no complaints on taste!
