Fresh pineapple juice was used for the "base" of this rainbow jello. Just for fun, i reserved one of the color arrangement (you can see the difference in the photos below)It is super easy to make this, and it is always a popular dessert no matter when they are being served. YouTube has many tutorials on the how-tos.
