Thank you! To answer your question, I draw a lot of art of historical figures. So the demon is Alexander Hamilton, the angel is Martha Manning(John's wife), and the man in the middle is John Laurens. Since John waited two years to tell his best friend/possible lover that he even HAD a wife, this is sort of how I see them in my head.
