the heart is a muscle, and just like body muscles, it can grow in size and slightly changes its shape if you constantly work out. if it has been worked out too much, it wont be able to function correctly and it'll just stop; and survival rate on trying to revive a person (who just had a heart-attack) with this condition are very slim... that's why majority of all body trainers highly recommend you workout to either: work 3 days straight with light training, then rest/relax for a day, then 2 days of moderate workout (or 1 day of heavy-duty workout.... or 3 days of moderate workout, then 1 day of rest, then a day of light workout, then rest for a day, then continue the routine. But the main focus is NOT TO PUSH YOURSELF SO MUCH!!!!
