I like to give my heroes weaknesses.
For Matt, when he is killed he becomes a wolf thus granting him extra life. He will eventually revert back to his human form in a random length of time. However, if he is killed in wolf form he's die-dies.

As time progresses, and Matt become accustom to his "Werewolvisum" (O_o?) he discovers that he can transform if he is pushed to his limits. Though the death rule still applies.

However, becoming a wolf isn't always a good thing. Sure he's faster, stronger and far more agile and has incredible stamina. But when he needs a good strong pair of hands, he finds himself lost and utterly useless.

Fighting to keep himself alive, and fighting back the transformation, Matt discovers a new werewolf form. I call it his "enhanced" form. He remains in his human form, his right eye burns a bright silver and the strength and power of the wolf pulses threw him.

In his enhanced form, Matt is filled with an undying rage that only becomes more intense the longer it lasts. His rage grows as does his strength and power, is cause's his heart rate to spike. If he isn't calmed down quickly, it will kill him.
His enhanced form follows the same death rule. If killed while enhanced, that's end of him.

Josh tries his best to hold back his enraged friend. Luckily, Matt rarely goes enhanced.

And you can bet that if Matt goes enhanced, it's for a damned good reason.
