Description
Do to the new Street Fighter game bringing back Makoto and Ibuki, I decided to do a picture dedicated to my 2nd favorite SF pairing (and two of my favorite fighters).And somehow I ended up doodling chibis of my favorite pairing (and Ryu) in an attempt at lame comedy.

That's not the pairing in the back ground...
It's Karin and Sakura. Hence the "Come back here and kiss" from Karin to Sakura. And the Makoto and Ibuki aspect is also a pairing here.
