I think that this is what Fenris is doing, too! The options are following his first impulses. Embarrassment (A), anger (B), trying to pretend the problem will go away on its own (C), and finally, letting someone else deal with this (D)! Lol!

Well, C is the only option that allows Fenris to continue doing what he's doing uninterrupted, so...

And Anders is from a Circle, so he might find an audience exciting rather than disconcerting, especially if everybody is kissing! Although poor Justice might be horrified...
