I love his ears and hair. Also gooy haunches, paws, and tail all gelling together. The effect of slime getting stuck to the sweater where it ends is quite realistic as well!
Also not sure why I hadn't noticed somewhow. Guess your just that good. But doing melting art in traditional media is mad hard, so SUPER props!Β

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the piece! It takes time for me to draw the more "messy" pieces. But the end result looks nice to me, and the little shading i do helps with the detailing too. (I'm shit when it comes to shading Q_Q)

That's not true you are quiet skilled at toning / shading. It's not about getting smooth gradual transitions as much as it is about capturing the highlights and contrast as light splashes over a 3-dimensional object. Can be rough, sketchy, dirty. As long as it mirrors real life.
When I shade / tone I find something with similar enough shape than throw light on it and copy the effect onto whatever I'm drawing.Β
