Description I was trying to illustrate the song lyric "tore my mind on a jagged sky," and this came to mind. I don't know what the song is but it's on the Big Lebowski soundtrack. Not really finished, but I doubt it will ever be. I wonder, if you tore your mind, what would you bleed? Pure emotion? Am I deep or what???

There're a lot of elements in this that I really like, but alltogether they seem to bee too cluttered. I like the crack opening up on her face, and I really like the glow that seems to come within. I wonder what it would look like if I unified the face crack with the crack forming on her neck? Kinda like her head was an apple and the skin was beeing peeled away and unraveling to reveal the CORE. I really like the bones coming out of her collarbone, it reminds me of something angelic.

I know this is more of a proof of concept, but there is a lot I DON'T like. The figure is utter crap, but you can't really hold me too accountable for that, it's a hard angle and I wasn't working off any reference. I think I went overboard on the lines on her neck, they are really shitty, and distracting. The composition of the sky is really artificial. There's a lot of potential there, if I ever redraw this. I kinda like the butterflies in her head, but the doodad trailing behind her, the part that was snagged, I don't know what the hell that's supposed to be.

If anyone has any suggestions on improvements I could make, I'd love to hear them.
