so.... With Vacation finally being here, and this being my first week home and ON that vacation, I've wanted to knock this out. I have flats for it already but i felt like I needed to add my flair, so I greytoned it in photoshop.Storm and Thor will be light sources for this with the two of them drawing down thunder, so the left side will be really lit up while the right side will be lit from the opposite side. I know, bad design, but fun idea.
Hey.... i did this drawing originally in my 5x7 sketch book (both pages to make a double sized spread) so this was kinda on the fly turned into a monster of a thing!
from left to right (clockwise): Thor, Storm, Captain America, Wolverine, Deadpool and Phoenix

well the lighting is just not right on anyone and anatomy is wonky. ur people always look plasticky. main light probs is simple shit---phoenix is light source it seems yet shes in grey. the light that is hittin the characters is off a fair amount all over. shit is crispy, but a lil flat. hope helps--k

also, I have the lighting is coming from behind Phoenix, not from within her, so she's grey from that, getting a strong rim lighting but not a core lighting as if the light were in front of her. but the grey is light because of the light coming from the two characters in front of her, that grey is the shadow that light would cause

I think you should have Storm and Thor use different shades of lighting. That way, it'll will show extra contrasts of color on everyone on the right side of the scene.
