It's about time I uploaded this piece! I've been working on it for aaaaages. The plan was, to draw every Doctor in a style fitting of their era. The first three were meant to look like those old charicatures you get in Punch magazine. The Fourth Doctor's supposed to look like a cross between Tintin and Bod (look them up!). The next three are meant to look like 80s animation. The Eighth Doctor looks a bit like Ash Ketchum, cos 1996 was the year of Pokemon! Jon didn't quite work out how I'd planned him. If you look reeeaaally closely you might see that his face and shirt are both coloured really lightly in coloured pencil. I attempted to change the colour contrast after I'd scanned him in using photoshop but it wouldn't work, so just left him as is.
Besides, I think it works, cos from "The Third Doctors" I've always established a link between him, Pat and Bill, and I think this picture reflects that.
