Photoshop is a bit expensive for me ;-; 

i would love to get it if i had the money though, in fact ive wanted to get it for two years but ive never had enough money

If you don't have anything against pirating, I would suggest torrenting it. You can find a really good crack online. Let me know if you'd like it, aha.
I just don't think there should be anything like money stopping you from furthering your digital art skills. D:
