It's really pretty and cute! Though I think that her hand needs to be turned a bit towards the viewer so that it looks more natural.

PFFFthankyou --- i actaully had a lot of trouble with that hand! - though after i uploaded it -- i was more focused on how thin her forarms are and her left eye bothers me so much;;;;Β
But i will keep that in mind if i draw something similar to this again *about the hand twards the viewer part

They do look like they MIGHT be a little thin... And her eyes seem to going opposite ways slightly. If you flip the image and even rotate it, you may be able to catch those little problems.
It is hard for me as well when I don't have anyone to pose for me. I will sometimes be standing in front of my bathroom mirror posing to try to understand exactly what it should look like. Which works sometimes, other times I have to "phone-a-friend". x3

Well, a lot of artists do it and it is a good habit to have.
Maybe you could search for stock photos or browse some magazines? You could also go out and study people, but don't be creepy. xD

I dunno about magazines; - And yeah! I'll look into more of the photos of ppl instead online xD like DA's stock artists--
I used to watch ppl-- but now I don't go out as much cuz job;;; xDDD;;;;
