I've only seen the Silent Hill Movie and have played through about 1/2 of Silent Hill Homecoming, but the franchise is still pretty awesome!

I know, right? I'm obsessed with the monsters in SH, especially the nurses and (like any real SH fangirl) Pyramid head. I love his new design even if I don't appreciate the new team handling the SH games. He's so muscley~ -dies-
Of course...I can't say I'm a real SH gamergirl...I don't...play the games...because I tend to get easily freaked in dark games. But I watch Twilight-Jester play. <3 We recently replayed SH2 (with James and his duck running XD), which was fun.

Dude, it is so worth it. xD I pre-ordered mine, but they're still the same price. haha. You may have a little problems getting used to the combat if you haven't played RE or anything. You have to charge up your handheld weapons (axes/bats/etc)before swinging, and there's also a dodge for combat.
It's rough if you're not used to the harder horror survival, but if you play others, should be fairly easy, I found it was.

Oh so that's how the combat system's like. I was scared it was going to change completely from the old one but I guess it's not too bad since I've played Resident Evil too. Awesome... I'm excited now.

I love thouse games!!!! the only one i own is Silent Hill Origins, I did have homecoming but sold it. The other ones i borrowed from friends. I love the nurses though, i hated that Pyramid Head wasnt in the last 4 games.

I've been with the series since I first got the original on playstation, and I've been hooked since! I love their stories and the emotional attachments to the characters.

I've played a bit of 2. I love it how you can get his large knife! Thing is you have to drag it and charge up to use it *sigh* lol and no one is too obsessed with silent hill! *has an obsession too* I felt bad for Lisa in the first game. Cheryl's dad had no choice. lol and Cheryl's hair was so cute short!!!! *squeals*
