Bio: Individualy, These criminals werent enough but united, they could finally defeat the Flash at his weakest moment. That was the though that Mark Mardon, A.K.A Weather Wizard had when he orchestrated the Iron Heights Breakout and released Leonard snart, Mick Rory, Axel Walker, Hartley Rathaway, Lisa Snart and the metahuman Couple Sam Scudder and Rosa Dillon.

They gathered on Christmas Eve to lore the Flash out of hiding. Barry Allen was left injured by The Black Racer both physically and in spirit and as a result, he barely stood a chance against the combined forces of his "Rogues gallery". He almost lost the fight and his life but Barry was able to overcome his insecuriities and Defeated most of the Rogues, with the special help of Jesse Quick. Only the Snarts, Rathaway and Rory managed to escaped justice and waited till things cooled down to get the rest of the crew out of jail.

Flashcember continues with the Final piece in the trifecta of Rogues: the Unlimited version. While the DC Comics Rogues are despicted as in the Silver age personas (one dimensional, comic relief villains that relied on High tech weaponry) and the DC Extreme rogues are modeled after classic 90's troops (Your Rob Liefeld esque gang of metahumas with no code of honor whatsoever, hired by an evil organization), the DC Unlimited Rogues are a more modern rendition of the team, heavily inspired by The Flash tv show (in theory, as in this point and time we haven't actually seen the rogues yet, just brief team ups with some rogues but not the entire team). I'm also following the stample of the show in that, while DC Comics Rogues all use weapons and the DC Extreme Rogues are all metahumans, The DC Unlimited rogues are a compromise beetwen the two extremes.

Finally, i'm going to say that because of time constraints, i couldn't make the entire team, Weather Wizard, Golden Glider and Top are missing so later i will added here when they are finished.
