Brian Urlacher Chicago Bears linebacker, the great No. 54 said goodbye to professional football. 6'4, 258 lb, 8x pro bowl, with 1779 tackles, 41.5 sacks and 22 INT had a pretty successful career. The only thing his name lacks is a ring. Could that prevent him from getting into the hall of fame?I'd love to hear your opinion, on Urlacher, his career, the bears or this wallpaper it self. I'm surprised but not surprised that he retired. I think he got totally dissed by the Bears not putting more effort to negotiate with him even for a 1yr deal.

I think he showed more loyalty to the Bears than the Bears did to him. Could have easily gone to the Packers or something.

Exactly, even in retiring i think he showed class and respect for himself and the uniform he wore his entire NFL career. I'm just glad he didn't go to the Packers like so many other Bears have before.
