Well, she is actually my dads, but she spends most of her time hanging out with me, so I guess she is kind of mine aswell

We actually imported her from England because we wanted her since she is deaf. We had another cat aswell that was deaf and he was so lonely so we wanted to get him a friend. Sadly they didn't turn out to like each other that much, but at least they had the oppurtunity to play if they wanted to. Simon, the other cat, passed away a couple of weeks ago now, so Prixie is alone, but she doesn't seem to care too much about it.

That's fine. All white cats often inherit the gene for deafness, it is more prevalent in the ones with blue eyes, but not unheard of in the golden eyed ones like pretty Prixie!

Yes, I have researched a bit about if after discovering that it happens more often among white cats.
