working title "mariachi-dachi"...style test.
i've already got about 5 pages ready for ink and colors.
planning on doing a 10pg short story involving a mariachi band. more details (but not much more) can be found on my blog .

Actually, The Mariachis not say "OlΓ©"
OlΓ© is from Spain.
The Mariachis are from MΓ©xico.
But the idea is cool, I like it.

Glad you like it - I did a lot of research while developing the idea.
Mexico was settled by Spaniards (people from Spain) that's why people speak Spanish in Mexico. Mariachis are actually from Jalisco, if you want to get technical.
AND Mariachis DO say "OlΓ©." [link] go to 1:07, and tell me they're not saying "OlΓ©."
