First of all, great pic idea. I loved this part of the episode and I really like it when artists take shots from the show and filter them through his/her style, like has been done here.
Fluttershy's expressive eyes are well done, and the look on her face is well drawn. My only complaint with the expression would be that I feel as if you needed to add a bit more shock to her look. It appears more as if she's begging for something (like a cookie, or perhaps a ticket to the Grand Galloping Gala) but not worried or concerned that her very favorite pet may have been crushed, ast least in my opinion.
Also: You might have been able to make the expression work if we could see a bit more of her body. To see her back legs spread out, and one hoof up to her face, and maybe a bit of raised feathers would've probably make her look more worried than she appears right now.

Here's something I noticed about her mane, though: Where it looks like you tried to make it look like her hair was shining in the light, it just appears as if your coloring faded out. What may help sell the hair shine is by making the lines around her mane bolder, so you have definite points of where the hair begins and ends.
Other than that, I can't see anything wrong with this pic. The shading is all in the right spots/I can see a definite light source, the concept is thought out and the execution is great.
All in all, I really like this drawing. Keep up the great work <3

To be perfectly honest, I didn't put as much effort into this drawing as the previous two I did for the episodes and it does show.
I should have extended her beyond what was in the scene like I did for Pinkie Pie and found a better way to show her tearing up so the expression is more obvious.
I take your points about the shading too, looking at it again in the daylight, it does look more faded out rather than shiny.
I'll take your advice and try to implement it in this week's drawing and thanks again!

I admit it: Fluttershy is the cutest of all. If you don't mind my nitpicking, there are two observations I made. One is that there seems to be a dark line smeared on Fluttershy's left hoof which looks a little out of place. The other is that the hair underneath her chin and between her hooves and neck could be a darker shade of pink, since it is in shadow. Everything else looks really great!

That smudge was infuriating, it would not erase at all. And I couldn't cover it up as yellow is too light so I just left it. I thought about photoshopping it out but that'd be cheating.
The hair in that area should have been darker, I agree.
I just didn't put the effort in that I should have done for such a cute pony.

Even if I gave it my very best shot I'm not sure if I could transfer all of Fluttershy's adorableness to paper, to be honest.

The Doctor and Derpy drawing was a bit of a special circumstance, though I am planning to do another pony drawing for a Christmas present. Fluttershy will probably not be the subject of the aforementioned drawing, but I may draw her some other time. Though it will inevitably embarrass me slightly, I plan on doing a few more pony drawings in the future for myself.
