Full view is so much better, man.An illustration from the fanfic of the same name by The Scorpion [link] , in which a little girl is found washed up on the shores of Averne. An excellent read, and one that has just recently been completed.
Obviously not finished, and I'm sorry about the terrible photo quality. I really need to get a scanner, like, now. *sigh*

Ah, I remember that story. I read it a while ago. It was creepy but fantastic. So's your picture. It reminds me of the pictures that were always in those "Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark" books I used to read as a kid.

Oh yesh, i remember reading that once - never finished it though. Hmmm...now I'm motivated to go and find it again. Gorgeous work - especially on the hair - it really looks as though she's floating in water and then structure of her face looks like she's been there for a while. I love how you've given her such a peaceful expression, yet somehow managed to convey that she is dead, and not just sleeping.
Bravo! Wonderful work.
