This picture has a feel to it of coming from a dream.  So I'm going to talk about this picture as though it were happening in a dream.  

The Bull.  He's very big and powerful.  I could see one thing leading to another, and then he just goes right in front of you.  And then you get a little scared, and things quit happening as much.  Then you're at a stand still for a while, and then you wake up from the dream.  I couldn't see cow/bull charging at you.  I could see it more that he just stands there trying to make out what you are and size you up.  

Black & Red.  Just a little bit at the very top, and more so at the bottom, you have black and red colors.  The shapes are ambiguous and hard to make out.  So in the dream, I'm going to say that either you were in a car at the driver's seat when you saw the bull and it was raining outside.  Or you were sitting inside a theater watching an action movie, and then the bull appears all of the sudden.  I'd go with being in the car while it was raining at night.  

As a Dream.  This wouldn't be the worst nightmare that you ever had.  Bust as a dream, I could see how it could have made you wake up bothered and a little disturbed.  You were just out living your life and going places, when suddenly from out of no where - that bull just appears.  Maybe it meant that someone who is has a lot of power to decide your future is going to get in your way, and they are not easy to talk to or reason with.  That's just an idea.  

This picture is a little tense, some adrenaline, alive, and a little fast, bothered and startled but not fearful.

I love this painting and how the cow seems it could be either angry or thoughtful in how it stares at the viewer

I like that bull however it doesn't look like furious..it's thoughtful, staring to a point in a reflexive way. I like the way you work his snout, it's like pastel technique. I love the vivid colors of the background. Good work.

I love the colors you've used in this painting--turquoise, ochre, and cadmium red always go well together!  The highlights on the bull's head really make it come forward.  Well done!
