We were also right near the Mara river, so after lunch we went near it to see what we could see.Sure enough we saw Hippos lounging around as well as others surfacing to to see what's going on. The little ones were quite feisty, having their mouths go agape to show dominance, but to prevail, since their parents are much larger than they are.
