This is supposed to be a deviant ID, but thought of submitting it as a deviation first so I could submit it to various groups.So about this piece, long before I have been brainstorming ideas of faces or themes that could represent my "Fresh Doodle" image, so here is one of them! Thanks to my friends on facebook who had pictures of the new year masks where the eyes are the 0's of 2009, 2008 etc... That gave me the idea to fit it in the word 'doodle' and after that everything fell in place.

Great... very successful. Only feedback I can think of is perhaps a suggestion of the colar bones below the neck. I would also have chosen different angles for the bottom two fingers on the hand (with attention of the overall closed shape of the way the hand is positioned). I love the focus straight to the figure's eyes and face and the glass design is clever. I would have elimiated the "30" on the top and the writing on the bottom left is a tad too large. (I think there's more room on the right for it). Since you have the ink feel to the image, I would also have just chosen to sign it to promote that hand drawn aspect more so that the only typed font faces on the piece are functional inside the image (not your signature). Love your coloring and I love the direction. All my critiquing above is in all honesty to try and better direct the art. I feel you got great sense of originality. yes you are right, 100% right. i agree with you in every aspect, i should work on changing my signature since it is a sketchy feel piece. thanks man, whatever i read stays in my head. and thank you for complimenting me on my originality, as it is what i want to achieve most.

Very, very nice! <3 The signs, the glasses, and the glass really make the composition in this piece. My only critique would be that the hand looks a bit odd, which is understandable because that perspective is difficult. It could be a tad bigger. But this is an amazing piece. I just love the use of complementary colors, the various brushes used everywhere, and the fact that the sunglasses double as a sort of logo. I also think the earrings add a very nice touch.
