Hi, I we are planning on starting a 24/7 youtube livestream for lofi hip hop music, so I am looking for animated pictures that will play in the background. I REALLY like your cyberpunk animation. Love it! Someone below mentioned that some parts looked like a "filter slapped on," but I kind of like the effect. Reminds me more of flash-animated comic than a piece of animation, which works by me.

As is, it reminds me of the way DC stylizes the animated advertisements in their mailing list. So not necessarily incorrect or amateurish, but a visual choice.

The rain looks passable but the lights from the bike and the police cars looks like a filter slapped on top

correct, i have no idea how to animate actually, all i did is paint different 10 frames and turn stuff on and off and dick around with some opacity.
consider it my starting baby step.
