HI there,
It was all done in flash. I made the names of each section as a transparent image and created a button for each that would turn that image on and off when clicked. The rotating portion was done with a simple action script i found online to make objects rotate when a certain key was pressed.

Hi,
By flash you mean Adobe flash catalyst or Adobe flash professional? I ask because I'm not good at code in flash professional and ... I'll hope you can help a little.

Well, I actually used a program called SWiSH Max, which is a flash creation tool. Its interface is fairly easy to use and there are a ton of tutorials out there. The rotating bit for example, is an actionscript i googled for the program that allows the rotation of objects. i havent used the program in a while but if you manage to get swish and still need help, let me know.
