This is what I think Dib's mom looked like. I think it's very cute! BABY!!!
Done with prisma color markers.
EDIT: Ok, since I've gotten a million comments about this, I made this drawing looooong before I learned of Dib's actual origins.

I don't buy the whole clone-of-Membrane thingy. I've found a lot of speculation about it, but they all seem to be backed by other fan sources. Nothing can be traced back to any official source. :/ I think it's just a fan-speculation thingy that got way, way out of hand. If it's mistaken for cannon long enough...
Anyway, this is a great pic. I can totally see this. It's just so... right. :')

Got the DVDs, and yes, it's on the commentary for Backseat Drivers. It's just difficult to link to a commentary on a DVD.
