Identity I created years ago for Ronnisch Construction, Royal Oak, Michigan.
Sadly, this particular logo has become one of the most stolen logos on the net. I was so proud of this mark when i created it for this particular company. The client was happy too. But with the advent of the internet, countless companies have stolen it for their own use. Some use it as-is, while others have made subtle modifications such as changing the colors. If it's on the internet, it must be free, right? One company owner in particular, OURCO, LLC, asserted outright that he paid a sign company in Miami to design this for him, and that "he even had the receipts." (!) He was unmoved when I told him he had been duped, and paid someone to steal my artwork. Remember, artists, there are people out there who don't care a rip about your intellectual property rights nor that of your clients. Sad, but true.
