My way might be kinda complicated for some, haha.
What I do is first open the video in Sony Vegas and edit out the parts I don't want.
Then I upload it in a program called Ulead GIF Animator; which I highly recommend for animations!
(You don't have to use Sony Vegas, Ulead is an impressive program on it's own!
