as a blacksad fan, i've had a lot of inspiration from diaz but when i saw this picture, i felt the urge to recreate it.
I'll soon upload it . give me your thoughts.
here are mine : i like the perspective, it emphasises the strength of the character. the "quick shades" you added with photoshop give more depth to it.
as i don't use computer, I won't manage to render th shades as well. might modify the persperctive.
anyway, your drawing draws attention.

That's a pretty interesting depiction of an anthro character, it kinda reminds me of the Tony the Tiger style, but less cartoony and more, I don't know realistic. It has a kind of style I really can't put my finger on, but it seems all too familar to me.

I thoroughly enjoyed the comic and it is interesting to see such a take on the character as yours. The fact that thic is but a quick sketch can only truely be noticed by the nature of the lines themselves. The over all impact of the piece is excellent.
