I know this is a super late reply, but if you don't know what this image is of, go and download Katawa Shoujo, it's free because it was funded by kickstarter, and play through Rin's route. I have to warn you though, it's pretty intensely sad at moments, and it ironically has nothing to do with her missing her arms...
