Life decided to take a crap on me as of late, so my drawing of thirty things in a month is pretty much... bust. However I'm trying to draw more than I was before at least. Yay?Tried to do a Drow Elfy chick. Not sure how I feel about it. I really liked the lineart for it, then I colored it, and it was just like... "Huh."

Have you thought about changing the colour of her clothing to contrast more with her skin? Maybe a deep blue?

I like her a lot. Clear lineart and a good choice of colors aswell. But I think I know what you mean, soemtimes I have a scetch i love and when it's colored I feel disapoined in some way.

Yeah.. it's the same for me. I have a lineart, and then color it and the whole tone of it has changed. Sometimes for better, sometimes in a way I wasn't really aiming for.

Thank you. And I guess it's because it came out differently than I expected. I'm still not sure. It's growing on me though. I'm also just not used to drawing drow, nor do I know much about them. (re: anything) ^^
