(sorry if Rouge doesn't have claws on her toes, this is my first time drawing Rouge *Not really, this is my 20th time drawing Rouge the Bat but with a full body* showing off her feet)Ah, Rouge the Bat. She may be emerald thief and is a foe(sometimes) of Sonic, but she is always willing to show off her feet as long as you ask her, BUT only if you have the cost of a(n) Chaos Emerald to be able to be near her feet.
