Man no joke, you could add 1 more hole to that and use it as a bong and i guarantee you could sell it for a couple hundred dollars, i know guys that would buy straight tube bongs with no design for $200 just for the name so if they saw something like this they'd be on it in an instance not to mention MANY other people. Maybe smoking weed isnt your thing but dont let that stop you from possibly becoming a big name in the bong business also nowadays more people are trying to find cool new kinds of smoking paraphernalia, and you could sell them for much more than a jug or mug even though they are the coolest jugs and mugs i have ever seen.
like look at stuff like this (its glass though not ceramic, but i actualy have always had ideas about ceramic pieces) www.thedablab.com/gemini-andy-…
if your name became known you could be making crazy money with the insane skills you have

So how do you wheel throw something like this? Do you have to make the basic shape on the wheel and then say, carve details in afterwards? I had a class in intro to ceramics but I only did hand-building, so I'm curious.

Yes the form is made on the wheel and then deformation and sculpting come later.

Very nice. If I ever get close to a wheel again, I'll give it a shot.
