Well as a long time fantastic four fan I was annoyed that Lyja Laserfist Johnny Storm's ex wife and on agian off agian lover was not at his funeral, but I had to think that the last time we saw her (as far as I know) she had exiled herself in the Negative Zone until the Secret Invasion calmed down. so It made me the most logical way of bringing the Torch back is to have her save his life when the portal closed. or thats how I would do itRelated content

The relationship between Lyja and and Johnny is an interesting one Lyla came to earth as part of the skrulls plan to conquer earth but along the way she fell in love with Johnny (aka) the human torch and felt torn between him and loyalty to the empire over time they have fought and made love in and off again on again relationship ever since Β she still loves him deep down in her soul and johnny loves her as well they both know it that the two of them will always Β have feelings for the other.

No, I think Lyja was just told that she was pregnant because it was a trap for the Fantastic Four, the baby was actually some sort of creature that was created to ambust them and either crush them to death with sheer brite strength or just weaken them enough to make them less capable of fighting off the next Skrull invasion.

Good point! It seems the Super Skrull has softened up a bit over the years, I'd settle for him becoming an anti-hero of course but it's nice to know he can help the goodie-two-shoes once in a while!

It's rare to see a drawing nowadays that just smacks you over the face with it's complexity and beautiful use of colors.
