I'm not sure why I bother to post on DA anymore...Anywho. I intended to do a five-page comic to the lyrics of a song called "Feathery Wings", by Voltaire. Due to annoying circumstances, I was only able to finish three, and I was forced to rush through them. So I don't really like them. But here they are nonetheless. This is page 3. Please see all three in order, and I recommend FULL VIEWING.
They were painted in watercolor on 10"x15" paper, and scanned badly by a Kinko's employee. They were doctored and had words added in Photoshop. Hope you like.

Brilliant, I love how the watercolours add a shadowy sense..looks a lot better than just bright colours, suits it better. Beautiful. And sad, like the song.

I was listening to Feathery wings while reading these and I found it to be really fitting. Only, I always thought those lines "hey put down the gun..." about a suicide. That's prolly just me, though.

The watercolour use is absolutely gorgeous and I love how you put images to the song. It's a shame you couldn't finish the other two pages because this series is absolutely beautiful.

God, so beautiful. It really really reminds me of a good friend of mine. His nickname is actually Angel in that fallen way. Lovely pictures and despite the Kinko's scanning you can still see how much beauty they have.
