I guess a common theme with Flygon Gijinkas is that it's always a pilot or something because of his red glasses resembling googles.

Wow, I love that XD I mean I absolutely love it. I just saw it and it made me smile. It's nice and refreshing to see a boy rather than a cutesie little girl (like the crap I draw). Fantastic design, I just ADORE the goggles and the hat. This is just so instantly appealing. Well done <3

Heh heh, his smile makes me giggle.
But anyways, this is absolutely beautiful. It's faded look adds a sort of rustic appeal, and I'm almost thinking you did this in traditional colour (which, if you did, would make you even more epic an artist than you already are). I like the pilot's hat, it just makes him seem a bit more mischeivous. ^^
All in all, this is excellent, and if I gave out stars, would give this 5 out of 5, but I don't, so just ignore that. YOU SEE NO STARS!!!

I don't see much wrong with it, besides that certain area's could do with a bit of a more broad edge to be more masculine *like the back, and the general body*.
But this more of a matter of STYLE, and in that this is really something nice to look at; LOVE the expression, the pose is simple and clean, and the colors are very bright and pokemon-y.
