Next is the Guru - The Murray's spiritual teacher and a member of the Cooper Gang in Sly 3. He's a funny character and I really liked him even though his level was eh. I hope to see him in the next Sly Cooper game.

So in my style, he's more detailed and I gave him some body paint like the aboriginal tribesman would have.

One of the biggest changes is his hair color, I did this because a friend of mine - who's very interested in the aborigines - showed me pictures of what she was going to paint and told me that aboriginal people have blond hair when they're children and their hair becomes darker as they reached adulthood. It's rare for an adult aboriginal to have blond hair. I thought that by giving the Guru blond hair would give him an interesting appearance and express his aboriginal roots.

I also changed his stick - his stick is similar to Rafiki's from the Lion King - but still kept the original coloring.
