I planned to make Morrigan costume in March. But there were so many problems so I could finish the costume only in July. I don't remember exactly but this costume took about one month. And it was rather expensive. But I'm a huge DAO-fan. It one of the best games I ever played. And Morrigan is one of the greatest female characters of it (it was so difficult to make friends with her xD). I really enjoyed making all these stuff.One more photo can be seen here -> [link]

Well, I have to be honest. being locked up in my studio most of the time. I had absolutely no idea of what Cosplay was. I though maybe a rock band or something. But I'm getting the idea. I don't know what DAO is either. Hmmm.. must be an age thing. Anyway the results are pretty amazing. very well photographed. great composition. excellent costumes and a stunning model. well done

If you need a better explanation or really want to learn more about it, you can also google and look at it on Wikipedia. Here it is on wikipedia [link] Some related fandoms can be pretty weird (like animegao), but cosplay is pretty great when it comes to how safe and sane it is. It is basically like halloween, except you dress up as a "cartoon" (anime), video game, or related character and its done year-round, though usually its done in spring/summer because those are warmer times and costumes aren't very cold-proof, such as this one, you'd be freezing your bottom off! DAO stands for Dragon Age Origins by the way, its a video game.

Thanks for the info. I'll check wiki out in a min i opened a new page from your link. but going to do the rest of my deviant mail and comments first. I'll also check out DAO sounds good. I'm a Guild Wars fan myself. been playing that for over 5 years lol. I have seen people in costumes from that, but never picked up on the cosplay association. Its certainly an intrigueing art form.

Yea, i've been going 3+ years now and i havent got any sort of invitation atall, you obviously deserve it more with the time being spent but it's annoying.
My friend has played WoW since its release and he doesnt even have access to Diablo 3 yet, bit mad :/

i haven't played either of those. i'm happy with GW. I did try everquest, lord of the rings and a few others. but prefer GW. so not even sure if i wil like GW2 as much or more as they have completely changed the interface and how you play. will have to wait and see.
