I was mostly kidding.. XD If any vamp should sparkle it's Jubilee but a certain annoying and sparkly vampire in the old Twilight movies made me dislike the idea a lot and I do mean a lot... the fact that Marvel turned her into a vamp because of the movies [[ in spite of their denials it's true ]] and not because of any REAL plans they had for her.. One of the many things marvel lied about or turned around and acted like they were not caught in a lie..
Besides to be honest it looks a lot more like a ref to the classic Anime fang/tooth that certain anime girls might have and with those Anime style eyes that Jubes has in the pic.. Mostly after viewing it a second-third time..

Jubilee is supposed to have a bigger role but it wouldn't be the first time Jubes got the very short end of a very dirty stick by being cut out or reduced to cameo but here's hoping.. The girl really needs something to bring her back out of the mess Marvel has made of her and their tending to ignore her...
