Well, considering the reception brunette Zelda received from Brawl, I wouldn't be surprised to see her as a brunette in the next Zelda game, although I think as an icon and as her official LoZ game self, she's been more than well established as a blonde. Dirty blonde TP Zelda works just as well though, but Brawl Zelda is just the sex, my god!
