Description got bored, so i painted a picture of my friends "counts as" imotehk called Oscuro the nightbringer.

this bad boy has a gauntlet of fire and then a second large gauntlet that contains the collective memory cores of a rival dynasty's Royal court of Crypteks. Channelled properly, this gives Oscuro direct control of a planets weather systems, and in ever more dire situations, can be channelled into a beam of raw information from the trapped minds within and then fired directly into the minds and machines of his enemy's.

this gauntlet is known as "the eye of the storm"

unfortunately, this poor chap took a nasty torrent of lasguns in our local campaign (thus the chest wound) and as such is at -1 toughness! (the campaign has random stacking character traits that stay with you during the campaign) but in the next game, he brutally ripped the regeneration systems from a rival lord straight from his enemy's chest and fused them directly into his open wound. (giving him "it will not die" and and his phylactery)

this extra power core has, with help from the brilliant minds of his royal court, been channelled into his phase shifter, increasing the trans-universal properties of his cloak, causing it to shift in and out of synch with the universe into a pocket dimension devoid of energy. this "vaccuum" of non-existence causes enemy attacks, no matter how fatal to be drained of their destructive energies in a feat not dissimilar to osmosis. (thus representing his 2+ invulnerable save from the campaign)

Oscuro himself is not a true Phaeron of his dynasty but rather a Vanguard warrior who has seized power through sheer brutality and cruel cunning, forcing his way into the royal court through acts of pure violence and glorious victories. Soon after his rise into the court, his own obedience protocols were overridden by his own logic matrix, proven that the next logical step would be to overthrow his overlord. this act of logic was followed and obeyed by the rest of the dynasty, as this act of immanent betrayal was logically sound for the benefit of the legion of soulless robots to follow him to victory.

Well, my friend might change a lot of this fluff...i made most of it up through random inspiration on the fly XD
