Sorta rushed this but I really wanted to make an entry for Sitting-Duck-Silvia 's contest before things pick up in my schedule. Wasn't sure how exactly to handle this character but I decided to just play with the idea. Good opportunity to go saturation crazy with colors heh..I also haven't drawn bubbles in forEVER.Related content

Even though it's a rushed piece, it still turned out great, and bubbly, and hella happy looking!
Looking at all of it closely, I'm loving that it looks no different from if you had painted it on a canvas, with physical paints.
