Oh my gosh! That is the coolest thing ever! I would love to make cakes like this! I think the closest I'll get is cleaning the mixers at Publix. But hopefully I'll work my way up.

i used to work as a cake decorator at a publix supermarket in tampa FL, and i can tell you that u will never do this kinda work in a supermarket bakery...u might try finding a job at a privately owned upscale type of place once u get the basics down. good luck!
