Why do they have horns and dragonballs on their heads.

Firstly because I wanted them too have them, and also because I thought that the more powerful the saiyans got (as in SSJ) they would take on a more 'dragon' like persona. Considering a dragon is immensely powerful.

But dragon's have nothing to do with saiyans, especially when they have oozaru, an ape form... that makes no sense.... no offence.

None taken. I know that they have the ape form, but SSJ6 is not real; its not in the series or comics. Its just something I imagined. Therefore, it technically doesn't -need- to follow the exactness of the way they appear.
Whether it makes sense or not isn't the thing - it's the idea of it. It was just a fun thing to create and draw.
