Now I can hear it now from some people who are actually familiar with 's Bomango series, and actually I wouldn't be surprised if he as well thought this was a strange choice (considering if he even is remotely familiar with the Green Lantern Mythos)

So for those who don't know already let me give a brief background, in the Green Lantern mythology, the Sinestro Corps Lanterns is of course a Lantern Corps created by the Renegade (former) Green Lantern Sinestro, a red guy with a Snide Whiplash mustache, who after being captured by the Guardians of the Universe, was banished to the planet Qward, who while banished on Qward, discovered the Yellow Lantern Battery of Fear, and thus Created Qwardian power rings which fed off of it's power source and thus recruited the most fearsome people in the universe to create the Sinestro Corps. Needless to say Sinestro is not a nice guy and he and his Corps are one of the main antagonists of the Green Lantern comics.

So with that out of the way, I still have to answer one obvious question...why the Sinestro Corps? Good question, in fact I felt a little conflicted as well after thinking really long and hard about it, because Didi isn't a mean-spirited or fearful person, in fact she's one of the most downright Nicest and most bubbly characters I could think of.

She does have power (albeit her full power capabilites aren't exactly known), cuz anyone who has the ability to stop a punch from Gogo, she must have some strength behind that unassuming exterior, and while we are on the subject, if she was to be a lantern of any group it most likely would be the: Blue Lantern corps of Hope, the Indigo Tribe of Compassion, possibly the Star Sapphires of Love, and of Course, the Green Lantern Corps of Will.

So again, why the Sinestro Corps? Well my line of thinking goes like this...it's interesting. I could've done the most obvious thing and made her a Green Lantern, cause it makes sense, but to me, it's a very easy way of thinking, as a person who likes to think up stories, I like to pick the road less known, do the less obvious, but also have it make sense.

Take Gogo for example when I made this joodan-kun.deviantart.com/art/… when you think of Gogo's character you think of, Strong, funny, dumb (sorry but it's true), and also not willing to take anyone's crap. But when you really see who she is, she may be a good hearted person, but at times, the chinks in the armor show through, and can easily be pushed over the edge, if you know how to push the right buttons, hence why I thought the Red Lantern Corps was a fitting choice, as she can get pretty damn angry, almost uncontrollably angry. Atrocitus would be proud.

But Didi...she's as scary as a homicidal balloon...needless to say, not really Fear material, which is what the Sinestro Corps power revolves around.

However if I did have to find a way around that, I would probably go the route of Hal Jordan (or Kyle Rayner or The Flash: Barry Allen) and just say Parallax made her an...unwilling member as it will...except less homicidal, geez Hal Jordan killed a lot a people. (oh by the way, Parallax is the living entity of fear...otherwise known as the giant yellow space bug that possessed Hal and made him go nuts, and is also the reason, War of The Green Lanterns happened.)

anyway, sorry for that LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG explanation, I just felt it was necessary. Any way, as per the last one this is the second Art gift for of three as promised, the last one going to be Andy, and just guess who he'll be...easiest guess in the world.
