Anyways, what she said is basically correct, Asylum's only connection to Danny is the fact that I got the idea for him while making the DP!Asylum fanfic when I randomly drew what I thought Asylum!Danny would look like with short hair XD. In other words, Asylum is completely an OC, NOT a fancharacter like Danny.
Give me a little more room to mess around with the plot and character designs, see?
Oh, and no, he doesn't have his gloves. He lost them in a recent scuffle with some Charles Canning's men (we don't get to see that part, sorry). The bandages are soaked (and I mean SOAKED) in water, in an attempt to get them to work as make shift gloves. It's not working well tho (look closely and you'll see he doesn't actually touch anything with his hands this whole page)

Anyone who can color and draw a background is pretty amazing to me.

He lost his gloves 'off-screen' just recently. The bandages were a tougher material he found that he SOAKED in water and wrapped around his hands in an attempt to make up for the loss in the meantime... It's not working well though. If you look carefully, he avoids using his hands to touch anything this entire page.

Nah, I get it too. It doesn't make a ton of sense in it's actual wording, but if you bend your brain a little, it's pretty obvious what he's trying to say.
