For all you lazy bums, 1980s Mode is basically a harder mode for YanSim. There's no Info-Chan, a tighter security system, and smaller choice of weapons. It's going to star Ryoba Aishi, Ayano's mom.

If I were a developer with the time and money, I'd have an even harder mode: Medieval Mode. Basically, it has no Info-Chan, but you can gain information of people/countries through the library, but going to the library will force you to give up your "etiquette points" which are study points. There's much more weapons, but it'll be harder to find and sneak past through (as per usual since Princesses shouldn't be carrying daggers and swords around the palace). The security system is even tighter and harder to get through because Ayano (I'll just call her that, but this is supposed to be Ryoba's great, great, great grandmother) is a popular princess whose face is the epitome of beauty. Guards always surround her.

Here are a few things in my mind that I feel would be implemented on Medieval mode (I'm probably going to make this a story oops):

* Senpai is a prince, ready to be a king. Because of his solitude and romantic carefree-ness, the current King, Senpai's father, will choose 10 princesses from all over the lands to wed him at the end of the week.
* Ayano's mission is to eliminate all rivals before the end of the week. Ayano will be chosen on the 11th week, IF her reputation remains good enough. Else, if Ayano's reputation is too low by the end of the 10th week, she will be denied.
* This time, 6 and a half days will be allotted. The other half, Sunday, will be used for church with no benefits. It is to serve only one purpose: to shorten your time to kill your current rival. Monday through Friday is for your etiquette points, Saturday and Sunday purely for whatever you want and the ability to roam your town.
* Info-Chan does not exist, but you can find elimination methods through the library, but it will force you to give up etiquette points on weekdays. Weekends will increase the number of things you can find in the library but you will have no more time to do anything else.
* Ayano is engaged to Budo Masuta at the start of the mode. She must not be engaged anymore to be chosen by Senpai's dad.
* Budo's engagement with Ayano will provide a very, very efficient and easy way (that means no suspicion) to kill one of her rivals if she so chooses the "Warrior Route"
* Ayano and Budo btw is arrange marriage so if you can find da gurl he likes it's pretty easy to cancel off the marriage
* Budo is a warrior/soldier for Ayano's kingdom, which is why her mom chose him.

I'm also thinking of adding a ending where Ayano ends up with Budo?? Like you can "win" the game by making Ayano fall for Budo and vice versa. lol idk tho

as of now, that's all i can think of. i'm probably gonna update this or make another post. i'm making the logo right now so oops

//also yes I am going to put them up for dl ONCE I find a good hair for Budo/Senpai + fix the rigging and stuff. there are lots of bugs and glitches so oops//
