Description OMG I LOVE THE BLUR TOOL!
someone told me to use it and omg i love the way it works!!!
and god i want to make a step by step of this when i finish.
I'm hoping on putting in a dragon but god i just had so much fun with this one tonight, I think i figured out how to make a nice B&W to colour method too.
this was originally just scribble and black and white cuts from other paintings.

i love it, it is like an oil/pastel painting and has a very "game concept art" feel to it that i am a huge fan of. keep up the good work
