I think I am going to cry, I have never been this pleased over the end result of a drawing... EVER... It turned out even better than I originally planned... it makes so damn happy!Anyway, I'm tired of seeing Lucario always preforming Hadouken... err I mean Aura Sphere, I think a move like Bone Rush is a pretty flashy move in itself!
But yeah, I did this in that newish fangled program called SAI... and HOLY DAMN, ITS AWESOME!!! Even if I am still getting used to it

I always liked how Lucario uses this move using some sort of energy or aura unlike using some sort of physical object like Marowak. What I like more about this is how dynamic the 'bone' is, compared to the anime where it seems to be used more like a polearm. Here, you have it as a cool looking whip-like thing.

I definitely see some awesomeness going on here! The soft shading is really nice; the value contrast between shadow and highlight is good. While I normally like huge differences between lights and darks, I'm also a fan of subtle indoor-like shading, too. I think you did a good job with the design element in the background, too. It has a painterly style to it, and the hue variation is enough so that Lucario's blues still stand out, making this an almost monochromatic scheme (with the exception of his tuft fur and eyes). Keep on with it!
