Well.At least I tried
, again something experimental.Not fully satisfied, but it's a start.
The flames turned out pretty nice, though I doubt this style could be used in "real" fire.
And the fire on the ground didn't really work the way I intended to.
But it was fun ! Execially the fire.

Looks pretty cool, I like the swirly style of the fire. Though it doesn't look like real world fire, it has a nice smooth and swift design to it. But at first glance at this whole drawing, I thought you drew a fire bird without a head or neck. All I saw was a flaming torso with legs. Maybe it's because the beak lines up with the leg and is similar in color. I also like the sides of the drawing, the lighting against the stones on the ground and the embers against the trees at the top of the drawing.
For the fire, try removing some of the darker colors and adding some thin strands of white. I guess just look up images of fire to see how the colors change when they get further from the source, and the hottest are purple and blue.

Yes, the head is a bit misplaced, and the colors don't really help showing the right form, supportet by the placement of the wings.
I didn't really look at pictures from real fire until nearly teh end of the drawing ahaha~

Well, by the looks of it, you tried something new. So on that behalf, I believe you did well. There's always room for improvement, we can never be perfect.
